Sync call history with the server

Sync call history with the server so I can see what activity was missed while the app is offline. This would be especially useful when a caller does not leave a voicemail.

Add new call routing timing rules

Add ability to set times, days, and holidays for each extension to receive calls without restricting outgoing calls. Like shifts and week off or timing rules but without restrictions.
